No. It has only been about 2 weeks. My concern is that I received a 404 error after submitting the form. So i'm not sure if the form submitted properly or not.

Sorry, we're pretty inflexible with regards to the 30 day rule -- too many people have worked very hard at gaming us, so we've stopped bending the rules.
