There's basically only one reason for a site not being listed: inadequate unique informational content. Seeing that is the case, there's really no point in going into detail about all the things that aren't there -- any one of which could have made the site listable.

Business, eh? "Who are you and what will you do for money?" Isn't that what potential customers need to know? So tell them.

Well we could tell you a thousand reasons why your site might not be listed - for example, if you suggested any of your other sites.

But that's all somewhat premature [unless you have some reason to think that we should reject your site] because we have not even got to the stage of validating that you have submitted your site and determining if it is waiting for review.
