It's still just an image gallery site, and there aren't any males on it, so Image_Galleries/Female looks like the right category to me.

It's not only Image Gallery site. Did you check it out ? Besides images, it offers all kinds on info about each celebrity. And the category doesn't require the site to have both females and males.
Think of it from the surfers point of view - the site has minimal ads, very easy to find content - surfers would appreciate finding it. Compare it to other listings there - I think it's fair to have my site moved.

Anyway, as the forum guidelines state you should use the apropriate ODP features. Please use the "Update URL" feature and propose a move to a new category instead of asking here.

Yeah sorry about that, i just didn't know how "Update URL" feature worked. Should I use the old category "update url" or the new cats ?

You have to use the old categorty, since you cant update a nonexistant URL
