Possible mis-submission of www.geograph.co.uk

I submitted the site www.geograph.co.uk, which aims to collect photographs for every square kilometre of the British Isles.

As this is a little like the Degree Confluence project, I checked what categories that was in, and submitted into those, and only then remembered it was "bad" to submit the same site twice.

I submitted www.geograph.co.uk to these two categories:
Science: Social Sciences: Geography
Recreation: Outdoors: Geocaching

Should I withdraw from one category, and if so, how? Or is it fine if they site is relevant to both like the Degree Confluence is?

Well first and foremost, you need to make both categories clickable before anyone can help you with the status of your site.

Science: Social Sciences: Geography

Recreation: Outdoors: Geocaching
http://dmoz.org/Recreation/Outdoors/Geocaching/

If I need to withdraw one, then "Recreation: Outdoors: Geocaching" would be my choice.
