Hi there
Hope someone can help

I`ve tried listing in dmoz. This is my first try.
Read instructions and thought I had followed to letter.

Trying to list in health - alternative health-holistic health.

Found this link which had a click suggest url, but when I clicked I had error message Not found. Tried this with several categories. no luck with anything.
Tried with different browser and still had the webpage cannot be found.
Any suggestions would be most welcome.
thanks and regards

Ann,
Sorry for the troubles. :( We are currently having some technical problems. As a result many of the DMOZ features, like submitting a site and applying to become an editor are unavailable at the moment.

We hope to have the problems fixed as soon as possible.

Thanks for your patience.

Dmoz with Netperles

I have tried for years to submit my website Netperles in the pearls business in France, I never never got any answer and my website (4 years and half now) still not appear in DMOZ..I see no reason because our company is famous in France. Finally I thought the reason could be the administrator of the category is in the pearls business too..I see no other reason ???

There is no such person as "the administrator" of any category. Therefore, failure to see another reason must be simple lack of imagination.

In reality, many editors can edit in that category; nobody HAS to edit there.

My first theory would be: As is well known, the jewelry categories are heavily spammed (affiliates, blind doorways for anonymous warehouses, made-for-adsense drivel, etc.), you're likely to find fewer editors enjoy editing there, and their editing time is less productive, than one might wish.

As was mentioned in post #2, we're currently experiencing technical problems so you will not be able to suggest a site at the moment.
