Problem with Add URL Link

I am having trouble submitting my site using the add url link in the appropriate category? The form keeps timing out, I tried several times over a few days and my submission still has not been received, is there an alternate way to submit my site?

Any suggestions would be helpful.

I've had this problem before as well, if you have highspeed internet you can download a copy of mozilla's firefox ( just do a search in google) and you should be able to get it working, I have no idea why that happens but thats what I did and it fixed the problem. Good luck.
