Problem with Editor application page?

Hello,

I applied to be an editor for this category:

Home: Consumer Information: Motorcycles

When I submitted the application I am redirected to a "Request Reinstatement of Editor Account" page.

Is this an error? I did not receive a confirmation email. I tried again using a different username since I thought that maybe that name was taken and it thinks I was a previous editor somehow. The names I used were iambox and redbike. I have tried this over the last couple of days using different browsers with the same result.

Was my application received or is there a problem with the application process at this time?

On the application there is a question that asks "Have you ever been an ODP editor before?" If you were taken to the Reinstatement page then you answered Yes instead of No to that question. If you were an editor before then you should be asking for reinstatement. If you answered that question Yes by mistake then you will have to try again
