Website: Modern Ketubah
URL: http://www.modernketubuah.com
Category: Society: Religion and Spirituality: Judaism: Shopping: Judaica: Scribal Arts: Kettubah

I originally submitted this website on 6/3/03. On 2/14/05, I submitted a request to change the URL:
OLD URL: http://www.sroka.net/ketubah
NEW URL: http://www.modernketubah.com

This appears to have been partially accepted. If you browse to my category , my site is now listed correctly. However if you do a search on keyword 'ketubah', my site (#18 in the results) is still listed using the old URL and description.

I appreciate you looking into this.

Our search server is known to be running on an old version of our database. See also our FAQ for related questions and answers.

It was originally submitted on 27/May/2003 (or you submitted multiple times and overwrote the original) as www.modernketubah.com - it was then changed to http://www.sroka.net/ketubah/ as that was a redirect URL. Your update could not have been 02/14, since the update was processed on 02/12 :)

If you search for Daniel Sroka you will note the bottom of the search results says: Search database last updated on: Fri Dec 17 18:39:48 EST 2004

Thanks for clarifying all this. I have some permanent redirects in place for that old URL, so all should work fine.

Yes, sorry, my notes were not clear as to exactly what I did, when. (I had it noted that I requested the change sometime between 2/11 and 2/14). And yes, you are right: I now remember that my site originally was a redirect to a subdirectory of www.sroka.net. After I got separate server space for http://www.modernketubah.com a number of months later, I forgot to update my Dmoz listing until just now.

Thanks,
Dan

No problem, anyway it's fine since if someone finds that entry you have a proper redirect in place. One of these days, hopefully, our search will wake up and update stuff.
