Problem with submitting site

I tried to submit a site http://www.primerateinc.com under http://dmoz.org/Regional/North_America/United_States/Business_and_Economy/Financial_Services/Mortgages/ but it looks like the Submit page doesn’t work.

It gets stacked. I didn’t get any confirmation of successful submission. Could you please help me with this?

The suggestion has been received and is waiting in that category. It even looks at a quick glance to be the right level, thanks, as it has physical offices in 3 states.

Thank you for your help. I didn’t want to submit site more then once but I wasn’t sure that you have received my submission. Thank you for checking and letting me know that you have received a site.

Yes, my client is having offices in New York, Maryland and Pennsylvania and therefore I believe also that chosen category is appropriate.
