Problem with Suggesting a site

After filling out the info for suggesting my site <url removed> I entered the security code into the box and hit submit ,but it just kept bringing me to a screen that said I had to do what I just did? I even refreshed the submition form and entered all my info again but the same page kept coming up .

Yes, unfortunately there is a bug with the text verification box. The only advice we can give you is to reload the page and enter the information again - that is supposed to work.

The tech people are working on it but we don't know when it will be fixed.
