problems adding my site

I have been trying to add my and my wife's site for about 2 month and it just hangs. I don't know if its declined or frozen. I was referred by one of your clients. Our site is www.kineticwaves.com, a health and stress center located in san francisco and been in business for about 4 1/2 years. Just need to know if I should just stop trying to submit.

It would be best if, first of all, you posted a message in the Site Status Thread. An editor will be able to check to see if it has been received and advise on whether resubmitting is necessary. It may be that we have a submission which is waiting to be reveiwed.
