problems logging on to editors forums

Hi all - I've been an editor for a whole hour and already I need help <img src="/images/icons/smile.gif" alt="" />

I'm unable to log on to the editors forums - my username/password work fine for these public forums as well as for my editor page, but I cannot access the restricted editors forums. I have the trouble with both Opera and IE, and with my firewall both on and off. Is there a simple solution to this problem that I haven't sussed yet, or is something else going on?

It is a simple answer, and is documented in the place that you can't yet access.

The keys to the safe are locked inside the safe. How do you open the safe?




An aside: I got loads of SQL errors while editing this post at 2003-06-19 23:39 UTC, which remained for a while and cleared at 23:50 UTC long enough to post.

It takes more than 1 hour for the ODP forums to know about you and give access. Be patient. It should take 24-48 hours at the most.
