Problems suggesting a new site

I have a new website that I have been trying to submit to the following category:
http://dmoz.org/Games/Puzzles/Brain_Teasers/

Whenever I try to submit, it does nothing for about 5 minutes then either says the page cannot be displayed or that there are too many connections.

The url of my website is http://www.kuponh.karoo.net/avav is there any other way to suggest it or something I can do to remidy the problem.

Manged to submit the URL now using netscape instead of IE and disabling Norton Internet Security. Should have read through the forum before posting. sorry <img src="/images/icons/frown.gif" alt="" />

it can happen if you are behind firewall or may be cookie disable problem.
