Problems trying to add a site

Hi,

I am having some problems today Sunday at 11:45hrs BST (GMT+1) submitting a site. Every time I do so I get the following error:

This was the URL: http://www.dmoz.org/cgi-bin/add.cgi?where=Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/England/Berkshire/Business_and_Economy/Computers_and_Internet

and this is the error I keep getting:

Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /cgi-bin/add.cgi.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

I must have tried a dozen times over the period of about 30 minutes but no joy.

Is there a general problem or am I doing someting wrong?

I think one of our servers is acting up at the moment, I'd try again with at least a few hours (or tomorrow evening, it being Sunday and all) between attempts.
