Problems Updating URL

I've been trying to have the URL for one of the sites I manage changed for the past 10 months, but to no avail. I've sent numerous emails requesting this be done, but I've received no response and the URL is still not the most accurate for this business.

Here is the directory:

Shopping: Photography: Services: Photofinishing

Here is the listing:

Future Photo Finishing - Complete online and in-store quality photo finishing, film processing, photo sharing and ordering prints, including using the Windows XP print wizard. Stores located across Canada.

Here is the current old URL:

http://www.futureshop.com

Here is the URL it should be updated to:

http://www.futurephotostore.com

One of the things to consider, is that it's just an extension of the current web site into a different domain, since for example http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/dept.asp?logon=&langid=EN&dept=14&WLBS=fs%2Dweb3&cat=Photo links to http://pix.futureshop.ca/, as if it's just a department in the same store.

So is there any difference between that and http://www.futurephotostore.com/ ?

Since the the contact us from http://pix.futureshop.ca/en/ goes back to http://photo.futureshop.ca, and the Print Wizards link in that goes to http://www.futurephotostore.com/ there just seems to be an abundance of different URLs which are all the same store.

Futureshop.com should never have been listed in the first place as it was just mirroring futureshop.ca. And as the photo finishing services are just a department within the Future Shop stores (and Future Shop is already listed more than adequately), none of the URLs for that department should be listed separately.
