problems with adding url

I'm trying to add my url to the correct catagory. When I hit submit url instead of the form I get

http://dmoz.org/add.html

I follow all the steps outlined but when I push submit url I get the above link again.

Any ideas on how to get to the correct place?

Could you post the full URL of the page you are on before that happens? i.e. the category page.

If the url you are trying to suggest is is http://www.pagesnmemories.com/ then don't worry, the suggestion has been received and is waiting for review by an editor. Thanks.

Submissions have been turned off for that category, but the public pages has not yet updated to reflect that. I've given it a "kick", so hopefully it will update soon, but the servers are very busy lately so it may be a while. If djdeeds is correct and that's the URL you are submitting, then there's no need to resubmit. If not and you have another URL to submit, please choose a subcategory there.

I am surprised submissions are turned off for that category. Most scrapbooking stores sell most everything under one roof, and they'd fit in the most broad category.

Appears that someone agreed with cleaner and submissions were turned back on again. I, personally, have no opinion on the subject as I don't have enough understanding of the topic to make that decision. But it does look like it may have been a mistake.
