Quality site submitted

Hi,
I submitted my site ( URL removed) some time ago in the windows vista ( http://www.dmoz.org/Computers/Software/Operating_Systems/Microsoft_Windows/Windows_Vista/ ) category but i'm still not approved . I think the site has enough quality to be in there.

So could anyone please have a look ?
