Question about Forum

I noticed that there is an icon over to the top rightof the posts that when you hover over it says add to the users reputation. It also says I have a 10 for my reputation.

What is that about? Am I Bo Dereck?

Reputation points are a feature of vBulletin, the software used for this forum.
As far as I know its is disabled by the administrators, so has no meaning on this forum.
