Hi , my website is allready listed couple days ago ,i can see it on the Alphabetic listings but not when i make a search with my exact domain name for example(www.mydomain.com)

I don't fully understand your question.
If your website is listed, it will show in the dmoz.org category where it is listed.
When a site has been listed for a week or so, it will also show up in our search results when you search for domain.tld without any http or www prefixes (eg google.com).

I can see my website if i go manually to the directory where it is listed but i can not see it when i search my domain

Our search runs from our routine data dumps, not from our live directory. That's why it can take a week or so for a newly listed site to show up in our search.
