I submitted my site a couple of weeks ago, but I could not find any status on the site, so I resubmitted today. And, again, I cannot find where dmoz received the submission.

The only estimate that I can really provide is that you are not going to be given another status check until a month has passed since the previous one.

Alucard gave you an update on 4/21 which means that you are not entitled to another check until after 5/21.

Site reviews can take more than two years, or less. It all depends on a number of factors out side of anyone's control.
