Question about submission

I submitted a URL yesterday. The company that owns the web site, let's refer to it as Company A, also owns a sister company. Let's call the sister company Company B.

Company A's web site contains a link to Company B's web site. Currently Company B's web site is being redesigned and for legal reasons the old web site had to be taken down. As a result Company B's web site is Under Construction.

Will the URL for Company A that I submitted yesterday be rejected because it contains a link to Company B's web site that is currently Under Construction?
