Question about submission

hey there i've posted a website for submission about three weeks ago, however I'm not sure whether it has been passed on for evaluation or not, because at the time when I had submitted it i got the message that the my submission has been temporarily suspended due to the fact that it is under suspicion of being a spam. That usually happens when ISP server had already cashed a page where submission occurs or something like that. I was told that there is no need to resubmit, as it will take time for editors to determine if it was not a spam.
