Question about submitting urls

Ive noticed websites like Gamespot.com ign.com cheatscodesguides.com all have many hundreds of urls in dmoz.org. Which fair enough, they are in specific places, all pretty relevant.

What i want to ask is, is it allowed to submit multiple urls (in the correct relevant categories) all at the same time (not automated)? OR are they likely to just all be rejected for spam? If the latter, i feel thats VERY biased to the websites aforementioned as there is many websites just as informative that dont get listed due to not being as large as them? If this is the case i feel they're listing should be looked at

We ask that suggesters pick the one best category for their site. Editors, however, may use their discretion to list additional deeplinks where they feel they are appropriate. That would be why you see so many links for the sites you mention -- they weren't suggested, they were added by editors.
