Question : Change Category on a pending submission

Hi. I have a site I submited to Shopping: Classifieds category back in Aug of 2002. It seems it's waiting in a queue forever, possibly because there is no editor in the category or because there is a huge queue.

I am wondering if it's possible to change the category of the submission to another appropriate category, like Regional: North America: Canada: Business and Economy: Shopping and how I could go about doing it. Thank you in advance.

Without a url it is hard to know if your site would qualify for regional...however, that said--you can just go ahead and make a new submission to Regional: North America: Canada: Business and Economy: Shopping and leave the other submission pending. Many sites qualify for a listing in topical as well as regional.
