I've been trying to submits my sites <removed URLs> to DMOZ for over 2 years and non was indexed. I have been question of DMOZ fairness and worth for awhile and wondered if other people feel the same? I think if you're not in their club(DMOZ members club) your site will never get index. It is just not fair for search engines like Google give DMOZ so much credits. It is a crook free world.

It only takes a few seconds of thought to realise that that's a ludicrous claim. I'm not one of the most prolific editors by any means, but a glance at my edit statistics tells me that I've added over 63000 links to the directory. I promise you, I don't own 63000 websites, or even 63, or even 6.
So no, that's an incorrect assumption on your part.

You believed it or not, the free world is crooks. Where are the cliq(connection), the rich, and the powerful can get away from almost everything. You heard about the crook banks bailed out and you can even see it here. Now, try to do it in China. This is where the people in communist countries should be thankful as they're protected by laws.

The poster is just expressing frustration. I myself am frustrated- I've submitted my site a couple of times over the last 6 or so years. Yes, I was careful about my submission(s) and did read the guidelines. It's just an innocuous wedding stationery website. The really frustrating part is seeing competitors, who started their business *after* mine, show up in dmoz. I see that we can't ask where our website is in the submission process, whether or why our submission is rejected... is it any wonder angry posts show up on the forums?

Truly sorry about the frustration felt - But there is really nothing we can offer to speed things up than the rather repetitive "suggest your site once - newer suggestions overwrite older ones" which can affect the time taken to review a site if the editor sorts by date (quite a few do, but it's not an obligation).
The status request idea was dropped a while ago as it brought no help to either the suggesters or the editors. If the guideline compliant site is listed it can be found by searching, if not one can reasonably assume it is awaiting review.

hi,
Dmoz directory rules which should be follow... i have tried to submit it in but i am fail two times.... after that i have search rules & see in it... title should be unique & descriptive should be descriptive no keyword spamming.
I have tried <removed URL> this website but its not listed still in dmoz directory.
I am looking for some strong point or tips on this....

There must be several hundred million websites that we haven't yet evaluated, some of them suggested but mostly not. There isn' a first in first ot queue and that a website has been suggested doesn't somehow make it more worthy of a listing than one that has not.
You might have misunderstood our objectives and how we operate here. ODP is a volunteer organisation building a directory as a hobby. Editors edit where they wish, when they wish and as much as they wish within the constraints of their permissions. We have no schedules or systems to force people to do work that they don't volunteer to do. ODP is not primarily a free listing service for website owners and it does not attempt to process their listing suggestions within the time scales desired by them.
Some volunteer will process your listing suggestion in time but we can't predict who or when that might be. Elapsed times can range from a few days to a few years. There is no need to re-suggest your website and doing so could be counter-productive because a later suggestion overwrites any earlier one.
My best tip? Concentrate on other means of promoting your website. You've already done all you can do here by suggesting your website. If a DMOZ listing is going to happen, it'll happen when it happens.
