Question Regarding Submission - 12 Months Now!

I have been trying to submit our website to:

Name: 'Computers > Internet > Web Design and Development > Hosting > R'

URL: http://directory.google.com/Top/Computers/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/Hosting/R/

... for the past 12 months with no success what so ever. I have tried maybe 7 or 8 times and I don't even get a response to say our submission has been rejected, it just doesn't get listed.

I submitted using the following details:

Site URL: http://www.rochenhost.com
Title of Site: Rochen Ltd.
Site Description: Provider of Multiple Domain Hosting and Reseller Hosting solutions.
Your Email Address: myemail@domain.com

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
