Hi guys,

Just wanted a little guidance if that's possible. I am about to submit a URL for consideration in the subcat:-

http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Ethnic_and_Regional/African/Northern/Moroccan/

I notice that some of the sites already listed do not appear to have the www. part of the URL present on the clickable link. Does it make any difference to the way in which DMOZ (or the subsequent feeds to Google and other users of the ODP's data) interpretes the site's backlinks if the www. is not present? I am guessing the correct answer is to submit with the www. prefix but just want to make sure I get it right 1st time.

Thanks for your help.

So long as it works, we don't mind whether or not your URL has a www prefix.

We don't care whether or not other search engines do :D .

Point taken - thanks for that Jim.

I think I will stick with the www. option and hope for the best. I'm pretty sure you know the angle I'm coming from here.
