Our site, currently listed for one state, also applies to another state. Is it OK to suggest it to be listed under the 2nd site, or will this be considered duplicating the listing? (The site itself centers around 2 partnering doc offices: one in one state, and the other in another state.)

Can we suggest its inclusion under the 2nd state?

If the reviewing editor felt it was listable in another category, standard procedure would be to forward a copy along for review in the other category. We generally ask that you not send multiple suggestions of the same URL (or related URL's) to different categories as it generally causes more work. If you think your listing is incorrect or you feel there are different categories that the site should/can be listed in, you can go to the category it is listed in and submit and update URL request noting the reason it may be considered in another category. The update requests are flagged and generally are higher priority. If the reviewing editor agrees, then copies will be forwarded to applicable categories for review. (note: Many times the reviewing editor won't have access to the additional categories that may a site maybe sent to. In such cases the site gets forwarded to the unreviewed pile for an editor who does have permission to review and/or list)

In Regional, sites are generally listed where they are located not for the areas they service so if the site has physical locations in one state and serves another it gets listed where it is physically located.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for the quick feedback... since our site describes 2 offices, with patients in each state in which the offices are located, I think I'll ask for an "update" for the site -

Thanks again!
