Re-submit to catagory to inform of mistake.

I accidentally submitted to the wrong catagory and I was told in another forum to send another submission to that same catagory and in [brakets] in the description section say: "ignore previous submittal, etc.". I just wanted to make sure this is the proper proceedure before I re-submit to the proper catagory.
