reapplication for editorship - tech problem

hi. i would like to submit a reapplication for editorship that was recently removed. for some reason it says that my editor name has never existed, even though my DMOZ profile is still online. Is this a bug, or can someone fix it?

Editor removals are final, sorry. We wish you every success in your other endeavours.

Editor profiles are always kept on the server, even for those editors no longer with us.

Why does it say "if your editor account was purposely removed, and you would like to be reconsidered for reinstatement."

i am just very sad that editorship could be sabotaged - and yet no one even asked what my "side" was.

The funny thing is, Patrick, actions speak a lot louder than words. As is said all along, we expect all editors to follow the Editor Guidelines - you either follow the guidelines or you don't. It's pretty black and white - no "sides" involved.
