An editor re-reviewed the site and decided that there wasn't enough content on the site to keep it listed - all the site does is link to content on other sites.

Confused

It has just as much content (real estate listings) as does a similar site (ky-homes.com) that was added to dmoz about the time my site was removed.

I'm confused because my site does not link to content on other sites.
ky-real-estate.com and kyrealestate.com are one and the same site (I was using ky-real-estate.com as my domain name and purchased kyrealestate.com when it came available. Then I set kyrealestate.com as the main domain with ky-real-estate.com pointed to it because I didn't want all the links from other sites to quit working.) I never tried to get it listed as both urls.

In order to allow my site to be on dmoz again do I need to change them around so kyrealestate.com points to ky-real-estate.com instead?

I'll wait until I have a reply before making such changes as I don't want to switch things back and forth multiple times.

And, thank you for investigating this for me!

If you are going to resubmit your site to dmoz.org you should only submit the url

http://www.kyrealestate.com/

As far as the directory is concerned the following urls

kyhomes.us
ky-real-estate.com

are simply doorways to kyrealestate.com

Whether or not the site has enough content to be listed will be up to the reviewing editor but kyrealestate.com is the only one you should be submitting.

So should I acutally resubmit using kyrealestate.com or update listing and note that the url has changed from ky-real-estate.com to kyrealestate.com?

Found the answer myself. Since it's not an active listing I can't use the update listing form.

A big thank you to Alucard, thehelper and Windharp for your replies. If I'd known about his forum I could have had the problem taken care of months ago. Now I know were to come for help.

You can resubmit, and an editor will review that, but note that nothing said here guarantees that it will be relisted. That decision will be made by the reviewing editor at that time.
