Recreation/Boating/Sailing

For a long time now the sailing Links under the Recreation/Boating/Sailing have remained static. Also for a long time I have been offering to help with the section! Sailing is afterall a sport I have been doing for 10 years, attending national champs, and crewing for a couple of world champ winners.

However it will not let you apply to edit anything further down than Recreation/Boating ...

Why is this? You can go as deep into it as you like, you still can not offer to manage it.

Would it not be usful to have a Sailing Editor, a Powerboating Editor?

These are very big sections to edit, and one editor has the whole job of the whole Recreation/Boating section.

The entire area is under reorganisation right now. Until this is completed, it won't be a suitable place for a trainee.

Please be patient and keep an eye on the child categories of interest. I'm sure that the become an editor links will return in a while.

Apologies lol.

Not trying to edit it, but making a point that im not inexperienced though, I just hanvt been around for awhile. I was an editor way back in 2000/2001, school work kinda took over my life and... You can guess how things be.

Well if you need anyhand with the sailing section, I work for a web development firm, I specialise in accessbility and valid markup movements, and I been sailing for years, so its a pretty good combination if you can find a use for me at all. Offers there anyway.
