Redirects and new submissions

Currently, my site is listed on google with a redirect on index page to the new domain. I recently submitted my website to DMOZ. Neither my old domain nor my new domain is listed on DMOZ. My question is whether my current redirect listing on google is preventing my site from being listed on DMOZ? My website is doggiebowties.com.

Listings outside DMOZ won't have any influence on the fact if your site is lisatble or not. Only the content on your site will have such an influence.
