Regional vs. Cetegorical site suggestion status

If I understand correctly, businesses with physical locations can sometimes qualify for 2 listings--one based on their industry/category, and one based on their location. If I were to suggest a single URL to both a regional and a topical category, and wanted an update on the status of those suggestions, would I use 2 different threads in the "site submission" forum?

No, please use the main site submissions status forum and post one thread about both submissions.

Try to find the one regional category that fits all the locations - county or state level for instance.
