Reinstate my editor account

Hi, I used to be editor for category : Recreation/Pets/Fish_and_Aquaria/Freshwater/Species/Cichlids/Hybrids/
My editor account is davidlzr. My email is david_lizar@yahoo.com
For the past 4 months I never logged in to my editor page because of cancelled internet connection. I have contact ODP to reinstate my account, but no reply or action is taken. I still could not looged in to my account <img src="/images/icons/confused.gif" alt="" /> .

I hope, Meta editor or Editall may help me review or reinstate my account.

Sorry to say, but since your reinstatement request was denied several times, it looks like meta editors decided not to give you access to the ODP any more.

Made a huge boo-boo in an application for re-instatement of: Regional: Asia: Malaysia: States: Pulau Pinang The ODP software required me to use old username plus old email address of bbb@ntlworld.com">bbb@ntlworld.com</a> that is now inactive. I cannot recollect if I added my correct address of <a href="mailto:bobflack@yahoo.co.uk Attempting to do it again I got the message that my aplication is in a queue and I must wait. Could some kindly meta please help me resolve this problem.
