Reinstated but can't log in - help! (michaela)

Hi,

I was inactive for too long on my editing account and I requested to be reinstated. I got the reinstatement approval and have been trying to login with no success. I have requested my password and I do have it correct but it still will not let me in. I tried requesting reinstatement again but the form said my account is indeed active. I have e-mailed the "send feedback to staff" link but have not heard anything at all. Can someone please help me? I would love to be editor again now that I have more free time.

I've run the reset process. Try it now and let us know what happens.

It works! I have already applied a few updates to my categories. Thank you very much for doing the reset! I thought I'd be in editor limbo forever ;-) I'm glad I found this forum and thanks for your quick response!
