Reinstatement as an editor error!

Hi guys,
Made a huge boo-boo in an application for re-instatement of: Regional: Asia: Malaysia: States: Pulau Pinang The ODP software required me to use old username plus old email address of bbb@ntlworld.com">bbb@ntlworld.com</a> that is now inactive. I cannot recollect if I added my correct address of <a href="mailto:bobflack@yahoo.co.uk Attempting to do it again I got the message that my aplication is in a queue and I must wait. Could some kindly meta please help me resolve this problem.
