Reinstatement Email Issue

Obviously I believed I was correctly logging in to maintain my status, but I missed the 120 day edit requirement. I have filled out the reinstatement form, however, the email associated is incorrect. (which is very weird because although I have numerous email accounts, it's not any of them and I lost all of my data a couple months ago on a few of them.) I did attempt to send an email via the link on my profile page but the form was submitted, but I never received the message on any of my current email accounts.

My request: to assist me in my reinstatement form submission (as I can log-in to DMOZ, but am not able to submit that form) or assist in resetting the email associated with the account completely.

Hi Josh,
Our system-elves had a badly formatted email address recorded, I've corrected it to the one you used on your original application.
Let us know here if the reinstatement/feedback forms still don't work.

Sorry to jump on board Josh's thread but I have the exact same issue. I'd like to reinstate my account. I can't find my password and having submitted the "Forgotten Password" nothing is coming through.

I'm 90% sure I still use the email address that I registered on Dmoz, it should be m***@v***.com

If you could please take a look in the db at the address I'd appreciate it.

Hi Mike,
Your registered email (it's the original one) is slightly different; the first part is longer, with a period. If you no longer have access to that account, send me a feedback with your new email using the Dmoz system; the "send to elper" link on my profile.
