Reinstatement problems

I'm an old editor in a humor category, from around 2000 or 2001.
I think my old categories were Recreation/Humor/Weird_Graphics/ and /Regional/Oceania/New_Zealand/Northland/Kaitaia/Travel_and_Tourism/
My account was deleted from inactivity, I sold my humor web site and lost interest in the directory.
I've recently restarted my humor web site and have gotten the urge to rejoin DMOZ.

I've tried to reinstate myself, the last attempt was around 6 or 7 months ago, but I have a problem in that my original email address has been deleted and I don't remember my password.

Could somebody please tell me how I can reopen my account? It's still in the database, since the reinstatement form tells me it's sending my password via email.

I sent you a PM and replied to your next one, but that was about 1 1/2 weeks ago and I've heard nothing since.

I wasn't sure if you replied to me as the database here hiccuped and all of my messages on here vanished. Did you send me your old and new e-mail addresses?
