I was a moderately prolific editor until I was summarily dismissed. I still have no idea why and tried to find out a number of times. I suspect it was because of an editor who kept on making small changes to submissions in a category which I was keeping meticulously up to date, but who knows what it was? I felt rather wronged to be tossed out so eagerly and without any notice when there were thousands of submissions waiting to be processed, and I was trying to do my part. Any enlightenment would be appreciated - thanks.

Sorry but we don't discuss editor removal issues here. It's time that you forgot about it and moved on to another hobby.

I see. Boy, you guys ARE arrogant and condescending EVERYWHERE, aren't you?

What the #@!*$&^!&* is the problem here? Can you at least dignify the HUNDREDS of hours of work I contributed with a reason for dismissal?

Geez, I thought dmoz started to be an alternative to yahoo...but the same attitude problem pervades...it's not like I'm some sort of a spammer, or was putting up affiliate-link doorways, or something.

I don't think that I was being arrogant, just stating the facts. We don't get into discussions about why editors were removed. I'd say that this thread has run it's course.
