Since this category was just updated and I haven't seen my site listed, does this mean my site got rejected?

Hi,
I have checked on your site and there was no record of it in our system. It may have failed to initially reach us. You need not resubmit as I have added it to the submissions queue for the category you indicated. The viagra cat is prone to spam submissions, so it may take a little while before the local editor has a chance to review it.
