Rejection answer?

Hi. I submitted my site for about 2 months ago.
And i still got no answer(after looking in the forum, it seems like this is waay normal).
But if my site is rejected for some reason, do i then get an email with this info?
Or is it just: maybe, maybe not.

No, we do not notify those who suggests sites if the site is eventually not listed in the Directory.

Can i ask why?

The main reason that we wouldn't list a site is that it's not the sort of site that we list. You can check whether it is or not for yourself by studying this. That being the case, we'd rather use our volunteer effort more productively .

Further, such messages have a nasty habit of turning into arguments and long drawn out wrangles - not things that we'd want to encourage.

so is it typical that it takes more than 2 months, for a site to be reviewed?

I´m afraid that we have no typical cases here, it´s a random process and it could take anything from seconds to years for a suggested site to be reviewed, and it´s not atypical that it takes more than some months.
