While I've never looked, I imagine the easiest way is like most forum sites; erase all your profile/preferences/options, logout and never log in again. Most forum software eventually times out inactive accounts.

ah... click the X upper right corner, never again type r-z.com in broswer address bar is the easiest way.

Seriously though you can't be a RZ addict with only 3 posts.

Dude There is no way only if the Admin have the time to Remove u ..

So the easy way if u dont need to be apart of this forum then just go change yoru email and your info in your profile and youw ill be moved to Unctive Group auto .. and u will not have any access to any of this forum even posting here.. so that is the best way and save our Admin Time
