Good day,
Just need somebody to look into http://ldpost.com situation. We were in DMOZ for couple years in Business/Telecommunications/Communicaitons_Providers/Phone_Card_Distributor. This spring of 2004 we were removed.
First I learned that the site was tagged for being an affiliate of Cognigen - which is completely false - Cognigen is our competitor and we never ever worked with Cognigen. Neither we ever were marketing the same products.
This tag was finally removed few days ago. Now I learned that there is Yellow tag saying that ldpost.com is a fraternal mirror of paytone.com.
Paytone.com is another competitor of ldpost.com - Paytone.com is a mirror site of masterbell.com. LDPOST products are completely different. There is nothing in common and it is obvious.
As a matter of fact, LDPOST sent to masterbell a Cease and desist letter one year ago for violating LDPOST's trademark - EuroMAMA card.
I understand that in the very large universe of prepaid phone card sites it is easy to make a mistake. In this particular case the error was made twice and it cost us dearly. Besides, we are not just a phone card provider. We provide all kind of telecom services and servicing more than 50000 customers on the web.
I hope somebody can look into this and untangle the whole thing.
Thank you
alexf
