Removing listing from incorrect category.

I've emailed DMOZ four times about getting my company's listing out of an incorrect category, but can not get a response from them. I'd appreciate it if someone could tell me how I can get someone to respond with instructions on how to remove a listing from a certain category. I've already tried using DMOZ's site for this. I'm totally frustated. Thank you.
