Hope you are not too busy or stressed! I would be really grateful to receive a quick report on the status of my website. It has been quite a while now since submission and I would appreciate some feedback.

In order to answer we need to know the http://dmoz.org/ category that your site was submitted to. Just copy and paste the category URL.

Hi thanks for the speedy reply. As far as I know I submitted it to Arts: Bodyart: Tattoo section.

The site is waiting there for review. I don't know what you'd be referring to as "an issue."

I think many submitters think if they submit a site and it does not appear by the next day there must be an issue. They do not realize that it has to be reviewed and that may or may not take time - of course this is explained in the forum FAQ.

Thanks for the replies. By "issue" I meant was the category the right category for my website. It wasn't intended as a comment on the job of the editors. I submitted my site to a similar directory but apparently the category I put it was a 'node' level category which I only discovered afterwards. Just making sure I didn't miss something in the "rules for submitting" or FAQ. Apologies if I came across as being impatient.
