Your suggestion has been received and is awaiting review. We can't predict when that might be. If it hasn't been listed in 6 months, please ask again in this same thread.

My non-editor unsubstantiated guess is that there must be a more precise locality for this listing than Spain. When an editor reviews it and then moves it to the proper locale (if your lucky) you will start the game over.

Hey! the evil submitters are catching on, time to change the rules again. (I hate it when that happens...) ;)

Yes, that guess is correct.

If you want to short-circuit the process, you can go submit now to the most specific Regional category that will fit (the locality, if there is a category for it; the Localities category if there isn't a category yet -- the most specific region if there isn't even an applicable locality.)

Two submittals won't make you a spammer, ESPECIALLY if the second one helps us more than the first one did. It'll mean you helped us find the right category -- and that is no small help for us Americans and other geography-challenged editors.

Backing up what my friend hutcheson says. As a primarily Regional editor, I spend most of my time sorting sites submitted to countries and states to specific localities. This delays the review of the site concerned substantially, and takes my time away from those submitters who have taken the trouble to submit to the correct locality in the first place so the latter get priority when I do get the time to visit a locality category and review some sites for listing. Double bad - two waits not one, dealt with last.

The more people work with us the better chance they have of being dealt with quicker. That includes titles and descriptions. In this case, if the submitter intends to resubmit to a more precise locality the title submitted is fine but the description is an advert - we don't list adverts so an editor will need to rewrite that completely, and may result in it being skipped in favour of sites that have properly written descriptions. Describe the "product" being promoted objectively without hype in one sentence, the content of the site in another. Example: "Three bedroom villa with private pool for holiday rental. Includes photos, pricing, and contact information." Simple, isn't it. Don't even attempt to get the word luxury in, you would be wasting everyone's time.

Despite saying "The more people work with us the better chance they have of being dealt with quicker ... the description is an advert - we don't list adverts so an editor will need to rewrite that completely, and may result in it being skipped in favour of sites that have properly written descriptions." and providing an example, then saying "Don't even attempt to get the word luxury in, you would be wasting everyone's time." you re-submit

"Luxury three bedroom villa with private pool situated in the San Jaime urbanisation between Moraira and Calpe available for rent directly from the owners." and the acceptable title you previously had is now unacceptable...

What is the point? :(

Best of luck, see you in 6 months...
