Up til two days ago it was indeed waiting in Shopping/Antiques_and_Collectibles/Writing_Instruments
Unfortunately, it has been deleted for very minimal content. When substantial content is added, please feel free to re-suggest your site in the above category. You may then ask for a status report using this thread. Please wait at least 30 days after submittal?
This does get complicated, but with the hints above I have a bit more information.
(1) DON'T resubmit dreampens.com. It is waiting review there as dreampens.co.uk -- submitting both aliases is a big taboo, as the submittal policies try to make very explicitly clear. When we notice, we try to delete one and keep one; we don't always notice, so both may end up accidentally deleted--and with extreme prejudice.
(2) It is waiting review in the category mentioned. Do not resubmit that URL either. Check back in six months if you haven't seen it show up in that category (which certainly looks to me like the right place.)
