requesting check up on # of sites waiting 4 review

Hello! I was looking through the forum and realized that a possible reason why a site I submitted may not get listed is a result of the number of sites waiting for review. (Even though the category is fairly small, maybe there are 200 sites waiting to be reviewed). Can someone please check for me how many sites are waiting to be reviewed in the category, games>gambling>roulette? Thanks! I appreciate your help!

I am sorry but we do not give out that type of information.

It is one possible reason, yes, but there are so many others that giving you the information:

• really gives you no idea about the time it will take to review a site
• Shouldn't influence your actions in any way - you have submitted the site to the best category for the site.[/list:u]

Really, this is something you know better than we do. How many competitors do you have? How many of them are spam-doorways, spam-affiliates, or spam-lead-generators? Whether the editor is reviewing suggested sites or googling for unsuggested sites, ALL of them are potential candidates for review. We really really do NOT want to leave the impression that editors can only review, or do only review, suggested sites.
