Resending Email Validation?

I just submitted my application to become a dmoz editor in the the category Computers: Internet: On the Web: Online Communities: Community Management. I got an email asking me to confirm my email address. I'm 99% sure that I clicked the link. My username is christofian. I did not get a follow-up email after I clicked that link.

Now, for some reason I can't log into my editor account. When I try to log in, I get the error "User needs an email address verification before the user can login.", which has led me to believe that for some reason my email validation didn't go through, or I accidentally didn't click the link and forgot about it. I was wondering if there is some way that I can get my email re-validated.

Thank you for your help.

Your application is awaiting evaluation. You won't be able to log in as an editor until your application has been accepted.

I suggest that you whitelist all email from the dmoz.org domain in your spam filters.

Hello
I also submitted my application to become a dmoz editor, but I did not receive email verification mail. I'm not sure that application was received. Username is the same as here.
Thank you,
Greg

I am sorry to say gregor, but before the email verfication has been done we don't have access to an application.

You may want to check your spamfilter, local and on your providers server, in case the mail has been filtered. That has been happened a few times before. If you can't find the mail, the only possible solution is to reapply, preferrably with a different mailaccout (to prevent filtering).

Thanks for your fast replay. I applied before and everything went well exept that you asked me to re-apply for a category that is smaller in scope. Looks like the application is stuck and has to be deleted manually from the database (username gregor171). I reapplied with new username gregorgr.
Thanks again.

Applications without confirmation are deleted by the system after some time (i forgot how long, but eventually they are gone). Until then, as we don't have access, we aren't even able to remove them.

Hi
Sorry for asking again, but there is still no reply from dmoz editors. Is there any way to check why my appliations are stucked?
Thanks!
